Setting up one large loop, 25' each of the four legs. Can I run 4 monorail sets from one post of a Z4000? If too much power pull, then how do you insulate monorail track to allow for both posts of the Z4000 and keep the PS 3 operation of the monorails?

Assuming you are running DCS, you shouldn't have any problem running four separate PS3 Monorail sets on one loop using one Z4000 throttle. Adjusting the speed of each and running them evenly apart from one another may require extra effort.
BTW, the new sets should be shipping soon!
I think a z-1000 could handle that small a load.
Most likely the monorail PS-3 will be set up like a trolley. Therefore you can not run them in a lash up. I think in DCS they can be controlled with the all button.
