Kenny, I got a two preimer dash nines in the bnsf livery a couple a weeks ago. They were both defective and you guys were top notch at replacing them. I got a dash 8 as the other dash 9 was sold out. So now I have a dash 8 and 9. Both new engines were tested by you guys and they came without a scratch and work great. I Assume the person that contacted me was your brother or family member. He was very wonderfull to deal with. When I recived the new engines back I opened the box to find 4 catalogues two from lionel and two from mth plus the rtr mth book. That was way beyond over the top service I must say. I was not expecting that at all. 

I am eyeing the other dash 8 so I hope you still have it in stock when I get the money for it. Also I must add with the pandemic and you guys being short staffed the wait was not as long as I expected since new york is still in lockdown kinda. I was kept updated via emails and your great website rma section the whole way. Top notch service and unbeatable prices is why I keep comming back to your store for my trains. You are a huge part of my train familly via your products,youtube and this forum.  Thanks to all your family for treating us like family. Roger
