Fresh out of layaway!
My newest MTH Premier locomotive and my first O-scale GEVO. NS 8025, the NS Monongahela Railway Heritage unit!

This has PS3, LED lights, and DCS. I've had it in layaway for a few months at my local hobby shop and just brought it home today! This makes my 4th GE locomotive in my fleet, all but one being MTH.
This will be featured in my next blog video...but I'm waiting for some other things to come in first.

I like both versions. I have one of the Lionel FEC ES44's on order and look forward to having one of each brand.

Overall, the MTH Premier ES44AC is one of the best models I've seen in O scale. Great details with awesome features.

This is my first and only (currently at least)

Sorry, I misread your original post.  The Monongahela is the reason I'm hooked on tracking the real heritage units!  I grew up in the 80's and 90's not far from the Monongahela Railroad.   I thought it would be nice to own the heritage diesel so I purchased the MTH version at the Greenberg Train Show back in November.   In January I noticed some railfans posting pictures online of the heritage diesels.  They pointed me to the heritage tracking site.   The very next day I noticed the Monongahela was coming through town so I went out to see it.  It stopped in front of us for about 20 minutes.   I've been hooked ever since!  I purchased the Wabash at TCA.  They are awesome diesels!

You started with a great diesel!

That's a great shot!

I've seen all of the Heritage units as I went to the big event in Spencer N.C. in 2012, but I have not shot the MGA on the road yet. It's one of only 2 I have left to see in service. The other being the Norfolk & Western.

Thanks Mark!
I thought it was good to run it like that. Although I didn't orginally plan it that way...but hey! It works!

I actually would like to find the Lionel NS Heritage SD70ACe that matches the tank car in the video.

The SD70ACe is a really nice model.  I had one painted for CSX.  It is the only modern diesel I have had.  I sold it to a Forum member deciding to stick with steam and a very few first generation diesels.  I am sure I saw the NS heritage SD70ACe on either the Pittsburgh Independent Hi Railers or the Fort Pitt Hi Railers modular layouts in the last couple of years.  Between all those fellows, you can just about see anything hi end!  I always enjoy it; steam or modern diesels.
