Hi,
On my MTH Premier Union Pacific Bay Window Caboose, one of the truck side frames is lose with the two wheel axles becoming dislodged from the side frame. See photos. 
How do I tighten the side frame with the axle ends secured in the frame?

Is it bent? Broken? Typically those sides are just screwed in.

Thanks. My problem is getting access to the top screw. The screw is close underneath the chassis with no direct access to the screw. Do I need to remove the car body to gain access to the screw? Thanks, Bo.

Yes... Remove the body. You then probably have to remove the truck too for easy access.
