I found a late 1990s Railking Amtrak F40PH. I'm unsure if it's a scale engine or not. This one may be before they used the RK Scale (ex premier) tooling. Any ideas? It's a listing on Ebay.

The box of my Railking F40PH states that it is 14 1/2 inches in length. The Premier version is 15 1/4 inches in length.
These are proportioned very well they just have less details.

Which do you have, a 90s one?

I have several K-Line and MTH F40PHs and the Railking version is indeed smaller than the Premier version as noted previously. Placed side by side you can easily see the difference, however depending on what cars you run with it, it may not make a difference to you.
