MTH Railroad Club

I decided to rejoin the MTHRRC yesterday. Two primary reasons:

1. I liked the Premier Club Car listed in the previous catalog and

2. I want to use the CD Software for layout design

In addition I look forward to getting the catalog mailed to me.

The update I received from MTH is that FINALLY (their sentiments) the cd's have been burned and will be arriving at MTH in the next two weeks for distribution to club members. I know some people have been waiting a long time for that software.

So I get a car I wanted at a good price with some additional goodies - nothing wrong with that. I just hope they are timely with the delivery of catalogs.

I'm a member of their Standard Gauge and Lionel Corporation clubs so I can get the two cars. I collect those and have every one. Still looking for a set of the Puple Comet cars they did several years ago.
Cool if they can get the track design software out. They've been promising it to us for years!

No track design software yet. In any case, since I'm not using MTH track, that's not much of a loss.

CSam, don't know the answer to your question, you may want to reach out directly to MTH.

Frank, have you put a "Wanted to Buy" post in that section for those cars?

John, they said it would be 2-4 weeks to deliver the software.

MTH customer service told me this week that the CDs have been shipped - literally - and are "on the ocean" to Maryland. Thought it odd they would ship CDs on an ocean going cargo ship. I would have thought they would have shipped air cargo.
