Since this is a PS-2 engine, can the sound file be changed?
As stock, this engine has a not-correct chuff...instead of the correct turbine sound.

Yep, you could try the 6-8-6 Imperial S-2 Turbine Steam Engine Sound File. Of course, it would help to know the exact product number of the locomotive to pick the correct 3V or 5V file.
It is a 30-1167-1...
That might be a problem, that's a 5V board, many of the turbines with the correct sound are the 3V boards.
Try this Bantam Turbine Sound File, it's a different one that is in your locomotive. I don't know if it's got the right sound, only to know is to load it and see.
There is a larger Railing S2 Turbine with a 5V board, but no sound fine on the product page.
