Any expectation as to how long it takes to hear back from MTH?  I submitted a request yesterday morning concerning a broken rear pilot and didn't even receive a verification e-mail that they received my request.  On one of my Railing SD9 models, the rear pilot actually broke in half.  I live near Columbia, MD (MTH corporate headquarters)...does anyone know if I can simply walk in during service hours and buy the part on the spot?  Thanks.
