I have an single story addition #30-90386 for the Pane in the Glass building#30-90384, seems like I'm missing parts, This is the first one I bought so I'm not familiar with them. They will not screw together the holes don't line up, is there some pcs. missing, and I do not have an electric wire for the addition. This appears to be new and looked factory sealed.

Its been a little while since I did one of these, but here goes....
There's a set of 3 plastic bars that probably read in the instructions as separate pieces but are likely already screwed into the top or bottom of the extra floor. It doesnt fit because the building already has a set installed from where you removed the ground floor.
Do you have those?
*If* I remember right, you need to remove them from the addition, screw them onto the building after you've split the ground floor from the rest of the building then screw in the additional floor to the bars you just added.
As for the light, it seems like you should have a socket to plug in the lighting connection that got disconnected before you added the floor. That may require a call to MTH.
I did not receive any of the extra bars, screws, or the connecting electric wire. The plug IS IN the extra floor. Sounds like a call to MTH parts.

Sounds like the building name is certainly appropriate in this case. 
Good luck with the fixes. I do think it's a great idea that MTH offers extra floors and things for their buildings, lots of versatility there.
