Are all of the sound files for PS2 production and upgrades available on the MTH website?

No, but most are. To find them go through service link, documents and files and than the search engine. Either product # or type of engine 4-6-4 or SD40. At that point you can select RK/Premier/Tinplate further reduce by road name, catalog year, etc... G
