MTH Traffic Lights

I'm planning on adding a Superstreets 4 way intersection to my layout with 2 lanes in each direction. I'm considering using MTH dual traffic lights to provide signaling. Any recommendation on how to control traffic and sync the traffic lights would be appreciated.
