There is a screw there somewhere on that truck can be tightened that will fix that.

Thanks for the info, Scott.  I suspected there would be a screw but it's not visible without taking the truck off.  It appears I might be able to put a small washer in there, too if I need to.  The set is item 20-64143 from the 2020 Vol. I catalog. 

It;s a pretty easy fix, all screws. At each end there is a screw underside and that will allow the body to come off. then you can reach the screw that holds the truck on. Remove the truck and you can get to the small phillips head screw that holds the coupler on, tighten it and that will pull the coupler up and it won't droop any more.
