Has anyone tried using MTH's warranty form and actually heard back from someone?  I have a new Premier passenger car set that is under 1 year old and it needs a new truck.  The coupler hangs down too low on one car (left picture below) and disconnects from the other car.   The dealer I purchased it from said they don't carry those parts and I must contact MTH.  It's been over 2 weeks and I've heard nothing back from MTH.  Suggestions?  When they "closed" they stated they will not be carrying parts and would only do refunds.  I don't want a refund -- love the cars.  Can anyone offer advice or perhaps a tip on how to fix this coupler/truck?

It;s a pretty easy fix, all screws. At each end there is a screw underside and that will allow the body to come off. then you can reach the screw that holds the truck on. Remove the truck and you can get to the small phillips head screw that holds the coupler on, tighten it and that will pull the coupler up and it won't droop any more.
