MTH WIFI can not find TIU. | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I have upgraded the TIU and Handheld remote to V 5.

The MTH WIFI was also upgraded to V 1.2

I does connect to my home Wi-Fi without a problem.

But can not find the TIU, I have tray several 9-pin to USB adapter and cables.

I upgraded the TIU, using one of the 9-pin adapters that I have with out problem, so I do not think is the connection on the TIU.

Please provide the following:

What are is TIU's model number (Rev)?
What is the smart device that you're using?
Exactly how did you set up the WIU, exactly how did you connect the TIU and WIU, exactly what did you do to try to establish communications between the smart device, the WIU and the TIU, and exactly what happened when you did all this?
How do you know that the problem is that the TIU cannot be found?
