MTH WIU Signal Issues

Hi,

We have our 60 x 40 layout at the county fair and it is extremely hot. The MTH signal and Lionel signal to the engines is not very good. We have multiple fans on the TIUs, WIUs, and transformers all the time. Is there anything we can do to improve the signal? Thank you,
