Good day. I'm new to the Forum and could use some help or guidance. I have an MTH Dual Engine shed and was thinking to use an MTH Y switch for the tracks into the shed, but can't find the right track combination. Is there a specific MTH track combination to make this work? Or do I abandon the Y switch and go with a regular switch? If so, what degree switch and then what other track combination is needed? Appreciate any guidance to make this work.

I am pretty sure you need a half 072 curve coming off each leg of the turnout.
Don, thanks but that is what I tried first and it did not match up. Moved down to 54 and 42s and still not accurate. I'm thinking I need to go to a regular switch and ditch the Y.

I think you are correct.
I think so. Now just need to figure which switch and the additional track needed.

You need two 3.5" straights connected directly to the switch (one on each side). Then two O-72 half curves next. It will then be lined up with the engine shed.
