Hi all,
I was wondering if the Z1000 brick transformer is enough to power some accessories as a Lionel Coal Tower, two Lionel Wind Turbines and lighting for diesel facility. I believe each accessory runs on 16-18v. I do not believe so. I do have another z1000 brick in case.

Yes,if set at the right voltage. Try 14 volts first.

Even acc that require 16-18v? Wouldnt 14v be too small and blow the circuit breaker? I assume I can use both ports. One for the larger volts acc and the 14v for the smaller volts acc.
Both ports are meant to be used simultaneously. The Z1000 is advertised as 100 Watts total. For the accessories you list, I'd guess less than 10 Watts each...and each would draw less power (motors spin slower, lights less bright, etc.) if operated at 14V IF they are meant to operate at 16-18V.
I agree with Dale. First try each accessory using the 14V accessory port. I'm not familiar with your exact items but it should be no surprise that many/most accessories are designed to be powered by an accessory port!
Most accessories run fine on 12-14 volts,especially the more modern ones. The starter set transformers has plenty of wattage to run them,assuming you are not also powering a heavy train.
