Multi Powered Williams U33's

I 'MU' (no rope here) multiple Williams units with no issues. I have never really checked to see if they run the exact same speed. I have a F-3 set with the A and B both powered they run fine....same with a set of SD-45's.  U-33 are the same as SD-45 under the skin. Only issue is keeping them in sync.....which is no big deal.

Over the long haul, it doesn't make much of a difference unless one is significantly faster than the other. I've put the faster one in the rear position of the consist. When I switched over to scale wheels it became a moot point since scale wheels don't have traction tires and will slip as required.
