Wow ! They don't call it the Windy City for nothing.

Except, Chicago ORIGINALLY got its nickname of the "Windy City", due to all the political conventions held there, more than 100 years ago.
Man, they have little wheels.
Creepy!
I only hope they were all Empty !!
Does anyone know exactly where this happened? I have scoured all kinds of news and rail sites and can't find anything about it.

My thoughts also, as we live in the Chicago area, and although we had some pretty sever storms yesterday afternoon, and last night, there didn't seem to be winds strong enough to do that. Especially since it surely would have made the 9/10 PM local news outlets. Never heard/saw a thing about this "event", plus nobody has been discussing it over on TrainOrders.com either.
This was south of Chicago Union Station at the large intermodal yard on the west side of tracks. The train left station at 6:40 pm and photo taken at 7:50 pm. Hope that helps. The first few cars where not all the way over, just leaning and still coupled. Train #30

If it didn't inconvenience anyone, kill, burn or create a hazmat spill, it's not news... Just another day on the railroad.

OK, but how did you determine that? Also, what Amtrak train was the person taking the video riding?
I edited my post. I took the video.

Yeah... the only incident I found was where a CN loco derailed and was not able to move some freight off the tracks that Metrolink uses, thereby delaying rush hour
