My Local Hobby Shop, M.B. Klein, turns 100 in 2013! It started out as a hardware store that carried Lionel Trains when they came out. Eventually the trains crowded out the hardware, and it became a model train store. My family has shopped there for at least 50 of those 100 years. Thanks to the Internet, M.B. Klein's is doing better than ever! I still like to drop in on their store in Cockeysville, MD on a monthly basis (they were originally in Baltimore City, but his building was condemned to make way for something the City wanted there instead- like a parking lot of something). Great prices, great selection, and if they don't have it they can order it for you~
