I have a ERR Mini Commander V3 upgrade for my Hogwarts, I am only looking for a simple sound board to get Steam effect, I found these two in my box of bits
Does anybody know what they are and if I can use them in the Hogwarts tender

Those boards are used in conventional classics locomotives. they are whistle/bell or horn/bell. No steam sounds.

The ERR Small Steam RailSounds Commander is a perfect match for the Hogwarts, it has the European "hooter" whistle that is probably close to what that locomotive should have. 
Many thanks John, I will go with that option, you are quite right I have that board in my Strasburg and it does sound good
