I have recently purchased the reissue of the initial lionel release / 1957 Norfolf and Western streamliner loco modelled on the original 1949 N& W factory built streamliner . I have repaired a broken wire from the motor to the tender and replaced the foam base under the tender railsounds board , are there any other issues I should attend to ? I,am assuming the simulated steam ie steam chest and chimney is via smoke oil ?
This loco doesn,t seem to come to market all that often of late .
PS : looking for some advice before I venture any further
