Rich Melvin I was wondering if OGR can redo the name tags or pins and offer them for sale. I know this was mentioned in another post today about members meeting at Train Shows. I know that it would be great to meet more members at these shows. Any buddy up for this?

Be nice if they could do one similar to the Blue TCA ones they sell. The plastic ones don't hold up as well.
I use my real name. Some people at York have recognized it from my postings. We have connected as OGR forumites.
With permission of OGR I could create a OGR Forum badge as a PDF that I could post here for download......everyone could print it and write their name ....cheap and ready before York! If Rich or Allen say OK......
Badge holders are available that have a pin and clear cover for the badge.
I think the original poster is asking for a badge holder, not a name tag.
The original on I have was made by OGR before Rich & Co. became owners. It was a gift from Myron J. Biggar in December 31 2001. And mailed out to all forum Members at that time.

oh.....saw 'name tag'.......
I agree there is a need for some kind of recognition for Forum members attending train events to identify themselves. Shirts have been brought up before as another solution. The name badge idea is a good one.
Great idea, if Charlie had a ORG badge I would have introduced myself instead of telling him on an old tread that his layouts at duPage were very well done.
There are a lot of options out there. I'm sure that all of the members would like the OGR forum name on them. and for a cheep price, so it cant be over designed. I do like your links NJCJOE I'm going to check them out soon Thanks Scot
I already have the nice OGR pin but would also like an OGR badge/holder!
T-shirts are fine in warm weather, but when we're wearing coats a hat or hanging badge will be more easily seen- imho.
