I bought this car and the sound works when the car moves. I’ve tried programming the car with a cab 2 and cab 1L. I can hear the clank noise confirmation when program an ID # to the car. Once I put the switch back to run it seems the car won’t take any commands from either remotes. Instructions say to run it over a sensor track to program the remote & that will not work either. I have not opened the car up yet. Lastly on one side of the car half of the lights are out. Is this correct or is it not light where the electronics are hidden? Saying all of this I’ve tried reprogramming the car multiple times along with checking the switches, the sound knob & on the remote but cannot seem to fix it. Programmed it as a passenger car on cab 2 with legacy rail sounds. Connections lose, receiver board bad, or am I doing something wrong?
