Here's some more photos related to the Philadelphia event. First, some more taken on Friday, May 11 in Washington, DC. I reported at 12 and spent the afternoon and evening getting the car ready for display. Washing windows, dusting, etc. Of course I had to find some time to take a few photos. Here's the car and some of its neighbors: MARC, Amtrak, and the NS business car Marco Polo on track 7. Dover Harbor was on track 8. When the switcher took us with some Amtrak cars out to move over to the other string going north, I got the "impressionist" photos from the rear platform. These are what Claude Monet, famous French Impressionist would have done if he was a railfan, I guess.
