I was going through a box of train stuff that belonged to my father and I came across this bridge and I'm not sure what I have here. It looks close to a 214 Girder bridge but as far as I know, that only ever came in grey. There are no identifying marks or numbers. To my knowledge, this was purchased around 1952.

Looks like you're right. Upon further inspection, the letters are stickers. Funny, these trains have been in a box for over 30 years. I believe I was 4 the last time I saw them run. Makes me wonder if that was something that was done when my dad was a kid back in the 50's. I have a pair of 2023's that have a red stripe down the side that my grandpa painted so my dad and uncle could tell their sets apart.
