Need help on Atlas turntable

I cut 10" straights in half and notched the roadbed to fit the turntable. You will also have to shim the track up slightly.

If you have the time do a search on Atlas 6910 and I put some pictures and how I did it, There is other useful information about the Atlas turntable.

Here is one way to do it without cutting down a piece of track.  Use the the Fastrack to tubular track adapter.  This gives you a nice square end to start with.  Cut the road bed right where it starts to angle down on both sides approximately 3/4" back.  Using cork roadbed you can bring the Fastrack up to the same height as the Atlas track.  Secure the Fastrack with #4 x 1" screws and you are ready to go.
