Those look like American Flyer 'Garter Loop' couplers.

Based on the frame, trucks, door, and coupler, it looks to be an American Flyer baggage car c. 1918-1922? that originally would have been lithographed and has been repainted at some point.

Here is a similar American Flyer baggage car.  Note the similarity of the frame, trucks, and doors.

the frame was used on several Dominion series coaches or some versions of the 1112 boxcar and I saw one 1306 coach with the same frame.
