Hello Folks,

I got a Santa Fe A Unit, dunno the specific model cause they all look the same. Anyways I'm trying to convert it to TMCC with the ERR AC Commander upgrade. This has one of those pullmor motors and has some interesting parts inside of it. I read the instructions and I'm quite certain I did this correct, but I can't get any front lights, or movement (conventionally or command).

I'll upload some pictures of what it looks like. I took literally all the parts out except the pullmor motor and the 3 wires that the board requires. I have the pickup wire going into the board, a common wire wired to the chassis (also tried connecting it to the body of the motor screw at the top like the instructions said to do). The 3 wires for the motor are connected to the board, and lastly the run program switch and the antenna wire to the board.

It's a simple upgrade just tmcc from the motor, I don't actually need sounds or lights for my end results. Could someone please check my work off the pictures or if you have suggestions for troubleshooting I'd appreciate it. Also forgot to mention I also tried to hook up the track power directly to the board by passing the pickup rollers and wherever the common wire comes from.

Thanks

Mechanical e-unit, and horn relay came out so they are normal.

Hard to tell but the green field wire, where is that going?  Looks like you have it on the chassis ground?  The green wire should go to a field wire tab, and the other end of the field coil is chassis ground.  Just like the Post War version with E-Unit.  That would not explain no light, but you have not shown that wiring.  G
