IMG_3528IMG_3529IMG_3530IMG_3531IMG_3532IMG_3533IMG_3534IMG_3535i bought this set on eBay.  I knew it was in need of some help.  Honestly not sure how this thing operates.  Passenger cars need couplers & would appreciate any help on the part number im looking for.

On to the engines.  The 73a must be a unit.  Is that the correct coupler on front?  It's too short to hook up to b unit so what gives?  These need couplers so would appreciate part number.  The 77a has an on off switch.  Does this mean it can be ran as an a unit?   It looks like there could be a wire that runs between the units.  Like I said, need couplers for engines and cars and maybe manual/pics on what it looks like.  Thanks, jeff

The reason it doesn't look like a coupler is because it isn't a coupler.  You are missing the entire head, that piece with the silver dot, that by the way isn't in the shell correctly, is the part that opens the coupler.  It looks burnt from it shorting out on the center rail.  You will need to replace the entire truck assembly on the engines to fix the couplers.  You take the motors and gears out of the truck and replace the frame.  Brassuer Trains did have the parts.  The Train Doctor

On the dummy you may be able to just get the couplers and not need the entire frame.  It all depends on what they sell.

The second thing you want to do is wire those motors in series because these things run wicked fast.
