I am on the hunt for a M.T.H. PS 1 5V board for a diesel unless someone has a stacker board that would work. I also need a Lionel part #610-8062-033 IR harness which Lionel says is unavailable. I'm also open to options.

Most harnesses can be reproduced by anyone with wire and ability to crimp or solder. Plugs can often be made from a similar one too if all are not available.
You may want to use a wanted ad separately from this thread too. It may get seen by a dealer who has one. (I haven't read the terms on wanted ads recently. Comments there may be forbidden for wanted ads as they are in the for sale ads)

Are you sure the Lionel number is 610-8062-033 and not 610-8062-083 ?

You are correct, fat fingers. it is 610-8062-083
Why not just get this one, should be able to make it work.
As mentioned, this would also be pretty trivial to make, it's just two wires crimped to the connector pins and soldered to the IR receiver.
