Need Some Help...Atlas O Hurricane Sandy Hopper Car

Hello everyone,

So here's something I found while browsing the Bay of E earlier. Has anyone ever seen this car? It looks like it is a car that was legitimately produced by Atlas. I looked up the product number but didn't find anything. My guess is this was a special run car made by Atlas to help with raising money for Sandy?

Lemme know if you know anything. I'd like to know the story behind them, thanks.

Atlas produced them in n,HO and O All proceeds went to assist hurricane victims Atlas home is new jersey It was their way of helping out
