Hi everyone, I am seriously thinking of buying the PRR version of the Neil Young sets. I would like to know what a "Square End" observation car is? Is it a real thing? Secondly, having green diesels and Tuscan cars realistic also? All you PRR pro's out there, give me a hand with this please.

Correct with the blunt end for the PRR, but not a favorite of mine.
Hi Paul, two thoughts for you; first I think I remember seeing such a train when I was a kid, but being pulled by a GG1, second I doubt very much if Neil would put his name on something that was not at lest in concept prototypical. That said they are beautiful sets and I would love to see them on my platform, real or not.
Have Fun.

The first two PRR E7 locomotives are seen here, with #5900 in the lead, a 'B' power
unit in the center and #5901 trailing. Entitled "Progressive Power" the painting is set
in Aqueduct Straight Line, between Harrisburg and Altoona.
