New CSX dash 8 help

I have the new proto 3 CSX dash 8 and i was wondering if it supposed to have marker lights. The ones on the loco look like reflectors in both front and back. According to the catalog it does say lighted marker lights. Anybody else have this loco and can confirm this. Do they light or not and does the prototype have lighted markers?
