Earlier today on Facebook, there was a graphics sheet with a new csx livery. It had paint codes, fonts, marketing jargon etc. While I don’t have a link, I have a screen shot (can’t post due to forum rules), and was wondering if anyone else knew anything. The engine I saw was very similar to the bright future, but with more stripes, and white csx lettering on the side.

It was a What if photoshopped pic by a railfan. everybody keeps leaving off the explanation that was with it getting the rumor mill going

What I saw looked like a marketing pdf, not a photoshop, even though the photoshop I saw was identical to the marketing material. It is a slightly more modern take on the grey bright future scheme. If they make the change, I’d like it.

CSX is also doing some heritage paint schemes, with a "fade" from the standard CSX nose livery to the heritage livery. Not sure I care for the fade treatment.  Permission from CSX to use photo.

I hope that CSX honors all of its heritage lines. For example a fade to the Springfield Terminal orange, black, and white scheme shown here: http://photos.greatrails.net/s...1902191216492877.jpg

And, if not the Boston and Lowell Railroad and the Stony Brook Railroad, at the least the B&M "Minuteman."
