Ya;I tried that one with my wife but the only problem is my son is 21! She's not going for it!
They look really nice just no room.

I got the Bethlehem Steel versions. I am having problems getting them to load and unload reliably though.
Just go to Lionel's You Tube site and watch their 15 min presentation on their operation, they show you how to make adjustments for proper operation. Lionel has over 70 videos on You Tube on their products, very informative. The line below will take you to the one for the culvert loader & unloader.

Timmy,
Below is a video of mine. Your accessories should work as reliably as mine do...
The only issue I had was my unloader was flipping the culverts sideways. I put a piece of electrical tape on the magnet. This made it better. I then worked the two doors by swinging them continuously to loosen them up. Mine now runs perfectly...just needed some breaking in.
As paulp posted, that Lionel video should help you adjust your accessories, if needed.
What type of track are you using?
Greetings All,
Why can't you have this on a highrail layout.
Can't you have operating items on a HR layout?
Thank You
My layout is hirail and i have the Bethlehem loader and unloader on my layout. Looks and operates great.
My understanding is the Hi Rail guys don't like the toy like aspects of Operating Accessories.
I grew up on Lionel and love operating accesories though.
Took a look at the videos... great advice. I was having the exact issue the Lionel video had. As soon as my direct lockon is fixed I can set everything back up, make the adjustments in the video and test again. Really sucks when you live in a small apartment and can't have a permanent layout.
