New Hoppers?

I saw some new cars on the way to work today (and similar ones on the way back from Bible study tonight). Of course neither was a good photo opportunity, but I'll describe what I saw.

They look like Ortner aggregate hoppers, but with aluminum sides. The first set I saw had ballast doors, while the ones I saw tonight had regular hopper doors. What does anyone know about these cars?
