I was so looking forward to getting this car, but it kept getting delayed over and over again.  Well, it finally came, and it looks great, except there is no rear coupler!  Did they come with none?  At least the UP observation car I have came with a scale dummy coupler.  There looks like there is a spot for one, and it comes with the parts to add a scale 'kadee' style coupler.  I don't see any reason why a traditional lobster claw or even a scale dummy coupler couldn't be on the car.  Operation on the other hand not so much.  I pulled out my old iPad and got it to connect to the car, the video is all squished.  Also the lights in the car reflect off of the theater window and wash the video all out.  So power off, pick the car up and turn the light off.  Power the track back up and I still have lights, but now can't connect to the camera.  The light switch and the camera switch are swapped.  Turning off the lights turns all the lights off.  With the lights reflecting off the window issue there should be an option to just turn the theater lights off but leave all the other lights on.  The app wasn't the easiest to use.  The manual was zero help.  Where images of the software windows should be are very large images of just buttons.  The manual also says there should be a CD with the car with software.  There is no CD.  Did anyone bother to proof read the manual at Lionel before printing it?  I haven't even tried configuring the car to work with my home WiFi, the manual made no sense.  So it's put away until such time I have free time to mess with it so more.  I'm going to have to see if I can baffle the lights so they don't reflect off the rear window, or at least isolate the theater lights from the rest of the car, as well as fix the switches on the bottom of the car.

Did I just get a really bad car or is this common for all these theater cars?
