Glad to see an investment  and upstart of a new railcar fabrication shop in the States, we lost a number of freight railcar car manufacturers in the late 70's and early 80's, either by closings or mergers. Now we need  American investments in upstart domestic railcar  fabrication for heavy and light rail commuter passenger cars. Infusion in growth and developement of both freight and passenger cars manufacturing will provide good paying jobs and benefits for  white and blue collar employees. Hopefully this a start in the redevelopment of our manufacturing job sector in the States.
