So what started out life as an Atlas Master white Santa Fe 89' flat missing trucks and couplers and some stirrups is starting to take shape... I will continue to provide updates as I make progress on this proof of concept... Obviously still a work in progress with a lot more details to add before I would call this PoC a success.

Thus far I sanded down the flat, repainted the flat, applied some base decals, Kadee 753 70T trucks and Kadee 746 couplers.  Cleaned up, assembled and painted one of the JTLV 2-Door vehicles.  3 more will be completed for this flat.  Working on the chain assembly details right now.

Made a little progress today as I found some colored marker pens that I can use for the lights on the vehicles.   I also started another flat which started life as a DRGW flat missing trucks and couplers.  I removed the letterings and have started applying new decals.   Not sure yet if I will remove the guard rails on the 2nd flat or not.

The JLTV's are 3d printed from Circus City Decals and require assembly, painting, etc... While the decals for the flats are a combination of Microscale sets and Circus City Decals.

I remember them from an old post. Now, I can't find any trace of them, even on the Sword site.

Joe, best I can find are the sets from ebay but looking at them I don't think the longer ones will work all that well.   May end up making my own with hooks and chain or using a smaller scale off the shelf product.
