New UP Track, Blair, NE

Nebraska UP Fans,

How is the new double track on the UP in Blair, Nebraska coming along? Last time I was there in mid-September their was not much being done between a point west of Blair and a point east of the Missouri bridge thru downtown Blair. The rest of the new line was almost complete including two bridges and some line relocation in Nebraska east of Fremont and most of the new trackage in Iowa. Any idea when construction of the new bridge over the Missouri will start? Thanks, Bill
