Donald  that was thoroughly enjoyable.  A good length for a video and it gave some sense of the layout of your railroad.  Lot's of details to discover while railfanning along your right-of-way, such as the mountain climber and the railfans in Betty's parking lot.  I hope they at least had breakfast at Betty's.  Can you share some details on Betty's diner?  Was the hard hat wearing guy in the yellow jacket at the crossing a RR employee or did he just jump out of his IH Scout to snap a few pics as the train went by?

Thanks Joe…for the positive comments. You have a good eye for detail, that is for sure. The mountain climber, I was going to add a tag in the video that the figure was me 50 years ago! The rail fans and Betty’s are too of my favorite activities. Too bad watching trains along the mainline is almost considered a crime today. I have been chased just sitting off railroad property with my camera. Yes, I made sure everybody had a good breakfast. The Diner is a Bar Mills kit that I modified slightly. They are a little tedious to assemble but make a nice structure. The Scout at the crossing does not have a driver. So I have to go with he is a rail fan and jumped out to wave! Thanks again for the comments. It is nice to know you guys appreciate my work.

Wow!  That’s alotta freight on the move there.  That was cool.

Thanks William. I could add another train but need some production help. While manning the camera, I also have 3 remotes off camera controlling the action. It gets a little hectic at times…..OK…..most of the time. An additional helper would be great.

Accidents do happen. While filming my 86’ high cube video, it collided with my Auto Rack train at a turnout I forgot to throw. Major problem. Two busted cars and a bent signal. I was going to make a video of the actual mess but just walked away and cleaned it up the next day!
