What is the deal with the NYGL railroad? I was in Garfield the other day and followed the Dundee spur to the shops of the NYGL and it kid of looks like a junkyard. There are those 2 nice geeps and a bunch of other trains but the tracks look like they have not seen a train in a while. They also have about 6 of their own boxcars sitting around. Those this railroad run?

Traffic is on the railroad is minimal. The railroad was operating a transfer station for construction debris but I believe it's now shut down. That was its main source of traffic. The paint scheme is an Erie Railroad inspired livery:
