No the owner is not a forum member,most of the layouts that I post from here are not.

Great layout! Thanks for posting the pictures.

Most of the layouts that I visit are not forum members either. Gives us a little perspective it would seem to me. It is easy to get the feeling when we are on the forum that we represent a major portion of the hobby, but thoughts like this should give us pause.
