Can the newest version of the MTH app control TIU variable tracks? thanks

Yes, the Premium version of the DCS App controls TIU Tracks on variable channels via the Track Control Screen. Refer to pages 127-134 in The DCS WiFi Companion 1st Edition for all of the details.
