Looks real to me...nice job on the water !!!

The simulated water used on your layout was always one of my favorite features. I can almost smell that fishy air and hear the water rippling against the seawalls. Well done as always

In some of the pictures the lighting makes it appear as id the row boat and the pier supporting the stairs are floating above the water.
