I;m stumped. My water tower motor would not pump so I went into the pump area and found the propeller blades were stuck cleaned those checked to make sure they were rotating,reassembled the pump and he water tower then had a leak from the motor so I put in a new o ring. Once again reassembled and then the water would not flow through the motor even though he motor was running. Pulled the unit apart once again. Checked to see if the blades were spinning and the were, Checked the intake and outflow spigots on the tower tosee if they were clear and they were. Still have water flow issue. What am I missing???
