No. 787 RailKing Operating Log Loader issue

The base of the log loader is pushed up against the Fastrack, but the log drops right before it is over the railcar. Is there some adjustment I'm not aware of which will delay the dropping of the logs from the "log lifter"? Thanks in advance.

I have the same issue with mine. It takes a bit of searching but there are a few videos on YouTube that showing it working properly on O gauge layouts.

I use 027 tubular track. If I use a postwar Lionel Lines 336155 log loader car the tines on the car extend far enough to catch the logs but I have to move the accessory so close to the track that the engine or cars hit the building.
