Just wondering whether it's NS, 765, 611, or Tennessee Valley RR. Who selects the routs for the steam excursions? I know these are more than just railfan trips but are also or excessively for NS employees and family. Does NS, or the other groups involved, or all the above pick where and when?

Also when NS closes on the old D&H tracks, will we see more steam trips in the Scranton / Steamtown area from engines like 765 or maybe 611 ?

All of the above. We collaborate on the schedules so we cover all the bases and the passenger consist can be shared among all the groups.
Once the D&H purchase is finalized, that will open up some new opportunities in a very scenic part of the country.
Let's put it this way, Sam. When beginning work on the planning for the Allentown trips, my fist visit to the Reading & Northern HQ in Port Clinton was last January.
