I'm already seeing a major problem here if this snippet is in fact true.  If NLTW was in fact a contract warranty center with Lionel, and Lionel essentially cut ties with them as a contract warranty center upon their move to North Carolina, that means they now are endorsing a (now) completely unaffiliated, 3rd party parts house on their website out of all other parts services out there (OEM or otherwise).  That is not a very ethical business model in my opinion; let alone the reports of questionable/poor customer service from NLTW being reported on this thread and Lionel plugging them with these issues going on.

If that’s how you wanna look at it, have at it,.....look, I’ve told you guys, I’m not here to downplay NLima’s inadequacies, ....but some of you guys insist on beating a dead horse to death, and now you want Lionel to step in and take responsibility? ,...good luck with that,....lemme know how far you don’t get,.....as far as factory parts go, NLima was the place to get them, but the business has changed hands since Lionel parted ways with NLima,...call Lionel and bellyache to them, .....condemning them on here won’t get you nowhere,...

But Lionel does monitor these posts. At some point perhaps they might just buy back those parts and make them available again. They're not doing anybody any good sitting in North Lima's warehouse.

That’s a question you guys would have to ask them,.....I believe it’s wishful thinking......but one never knows,...you guys are running with the ball based on “parts available through N.Lima”  on Lionel’s web site. Call it bad business, call it whatever you’d like, just because a handful of folks want to whine about what’s on Lionel’s website in regards to N.Lima, doesn’t mean they’re going to do an about face, buy back an entire inventory ( that they already sold, mind you) because you want to buy one part.......once again, and for the third time, I’m not condoning what’s going what’s going on at N.Lima, it stinks, but for goodness sakes, be realistic,....your best hope is John, the current owner gives up the ghost and sells off to an individual, or an outfit like Henning’s or one of the bigger parts retailer and things can move forward,......or go look for your part somewheres else,.....that’s it,...sorry to bust your bubble,....
