There have been a few threads with folks complaining about the service or lack there of.

If I recall. The business is under new ownership and not run well, if at all.

Hot waters recommendation of a search will give you ideas. However I think the really "juicy" complaint thread was deleted.

I'm in the same boat but I've never even ordered from them and have no Idea how to contact them since their website is down....

There are a number of threads on it but I have often seen people say to use the ebay store, found here.

And if the parts you want aren't in the eBay store?   Almost everything listed on eBay is shells for various engines, tenders, and passenger cars.  However, they have tons of other parts, or at least they did.

They have a very nice train store. Close to me however I can't speak as to the parts store. Never ordered anything.
